Situated down a private road just a short stroll from the sugary white sandy beaches of Fort Morgan, By His Grace has all the amenities needed to bring your beach dreams to life.
Once inside the home, your private beach escape begins with a space that is equally coastal and comfortable. Enjoy the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and open dining room and living room area. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. Upstairs features two additional bedrooms with the northern room featuring a queen and twin bed while the gulf-facing room contains a king bed with an additional twin bed. A beautiful, spacious porch overlooks the gulf and seats the whole family comfortably. The home is protected with Phenomenal Aire Cold Plasma generators which produce healthy ions that eliminate
harmful allergens whiles serving as a natural scrubbing agent for the air and all surfaces in the home. The downstairs area of the house is truly one of a kind. It boasts a gorgeous, spacious area that features a hot tub, propane grill, and private outdoor shower. It's the perfect hangout spot for the entire family and even includes a fully stocked storage area featuring beach accessories and amenities for the entire family.
