Our property is a stunning self-catering holiday home from home in the highly sought after parish of St Martin on the beautiful island of Guernsey. Surrounded by expertly tended gardens that include a swimming pool with seating area, formerly a spa, making a great seating area for adults and a shallow area for children to play, and a sun terrace, the spacious property sleeps ten people in five bedrooms. Grocery stores, pub, pharmacy and other independent shops are a gentle walk via a country lane as are the incredible south coast cliffs with views over the sister islands of Jersey, Herm and Sark. Guernsey is the second-largest of eight inhabited Channel Islands, and arguably the loveliest, with vibrant St Peter Port as its capital and beautiful walks around the coast and through the countryside. Friends, families and extended families will feel very much at home at Pres du Val. Pres du Val feels like a much-loved family home because that is exactly what it is. With four bedrooms being ensuite, it is perfect for multi-generational family holidays and relaxed fun with friends.
St. Martins is home to this vacation home. The Gallery and Guernsey Museum and Art Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Princess Royal Centre for the Performing Arts and Fort Grey Shipwreck Museum.
