Situated just steps from cafes, shops, and restaurants, the house offers a serene escape from the urban bustle. From the terrace, enjoy views of the Agua, Acatenango, and Fuego volcanoes. Breakfast, prepared by a friendly local lady, is included. Guests have access to the whole property. The house has one parking space available in a lot one block from the property. You can also park on the street in front of the house. Cars are not allowed inside the property. Today, Barrio Concepción seamlessly blends the old and the new. Its streets are adorned with craft shops, cozy cafes, and restaurants that harmoniously fuse tradition with contemporary flair. The district invites exploration of local museums, where artifacts and narratives vividly capture the essence of bygone eras. In Barrio Concepción, time seemingly stands still among adobe walls and wrought-iron balconies, creating a unique atmosphere where history intertwines with everyday life, allowing visitors to journey through time while savoring the authenticity and beauty of Antigua Guatemala. The house is close to everything; you can walk to museums, restaurants, cafes, ruins, and any tourist site located in the downtown area without any problem. Some days, the municipality cuts the water supply from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
