Important Things to Note

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access parts of the home. Please see photos for reference.

• WiFi & Cell Service: Due to Sea Ranch’s remote coastal location, WiFi and cellular service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is common across the area.

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 cars. A Tesla EV charger is installed for guest use.

• Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs are allowed per stay (combined weight up to 50 lbs). An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team after booking to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location Logistics: Within about 5 minutes of 39205 Ocean Dr in Gualala, you can enjoy Gualala Point Regional Park (beach/bluff walks, picnics, whale-watching), the Gualala Bluff Trail (stroller-friendly ocean views), calm paddling on the Gualala River via Adventure Rents, Shell Beach (tidepools), Cooks Beach (sandy cove), and the Gualala Arts Center (forest loops and sculpture garden).

Located in Gualala, this vacation home is in the city center and on the beach. Arena Theater and Sentinel Rock are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at B. Bryan Preserve and Kruse Rhododendron State Natural Reserve. Gualala Arts Center and Pennyroyal Farm are also worth visiting.
