You’ll also discover the breathtaking views, wildlife, and naturescapes of Yosemite National Park a half-hour drive from your front door.

This mountain haven features a plethora of outdoor areas such as a spacious wraparound deck, balcony, and patio. Gather all your friends and family outside for home-cooked meals on the grill and bask in the sunshine and lake air. Or pack a picnic in the well-equipped kitchen and head down to the community HOA pool and spa, where you can also play a quick match on the tennis courts. For added convenience, the nearby marina also offers kayak and boat rentals. Grab your swimsuit and friends for sunset paddleboading on the lake. This home is within a gated community that requires a $50 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
