Our luxurious 5 bedroom villa is located in the coveted Egmont area of St Georges.
A remarkable retreat, while still being only a 15-minutes drive away from the town Centre. The main residence boasts 2 en-suites , a master bedroom and a plush double bedroom : followed by 3 studio self contained apartments on other side of the property . You'll enjoy fantastic sea views, its also just a quick 2-minute stroll away to restaurant & pool which they normally yet the public use on your request
The space
The area is tranquility at its best yet only 15 min to the town center. it is advisable to have a car.

Perfect for family of friends. The property is also has a small wild beach which leads on to the marina and to a resort next door which has a restaurant and bar with swimming pool , just ask they normally let the public use once you use the bar or restaurant facilities
Other things to note
The property is very safe and has outside security cameras in order to maintain the safety of the area.
St. George's is home to this villa. Fort Frederick and Fort Matthew are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Le Phare Blue Marina and Clarkes Court Boatyard & Marina.
