This 2004 Lagoon 410, is comfortable and well maintained. The boat has four cabins with two heads with showers, plus an outdoor shower. One side of the boat with two bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bathroom are available for rent. The other side of the boat is Captains quarters.
The center of the boat has a full kitchen and dining area with a dining table and couch area. Plenty of room for lounging in the cockpit area, or relaxing over the water enjoying sunsets upfront on the trampoline area.
Located in St. George's, this houseboat is on the waterfront. Hyde Park Tropical Garden and Sunnyside Garden are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Excel Plaza and Le Marquis Shopping Complex.
