Classic country house with modern conveniences. Fast internet connection with streaming service. Televisions in family room and all bedrooms. Comfortable setting for families or business associates and workers.
The house rules are as follows:
1. No smoking inside of the house nor on the front porch. Smoking is permitted outside on the patio.
2. No pets or animals allowed on the property.
3. No parties or gatherings are allowed.
4. No illegal activities allowed on the property.
5. Remove the trash and put it in the large trash bins outside. Trash is picked up weekly.
6. Wash all dishes prior to departing.
7. The maximum number of overnight guests is 8. For security and insurance purpose, the names of all guests must be sent to me prior to accessing the property. You may list the full names of all guests here.

Violation of rules 1 and 2 will result in a minimum additional fee of $500 and possible dismissal from the property. Violation of rules 3 and 4 will result in dismissal from the property and the actual fees based on cost incurred by the violation.

Please verify that you have read and are agreeing to abide by the rules by sending a statement saying: “I have reviewed and agreed to the house rules and I will require all guests to adhere to the house rules.”

There are dusk to dawn lights that automatically come on and outside security cameras for your safety. Since this is a serene setting, birds or other animals might appear. Therefore, solar sound stakes have been installed outside of the house and patio shelter to keep animals and other pests away from the property.

Greenwood Community Theatre and Ninety Six National Historic Site are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Greenwood State Park and Greenwood Civic Center.
