Beautifully decorated home with luxury vinyl plank and 2-inch wood blinds throughout. Located on the first floor is the king master suite with private bath, double vanity, 43" Smart TV and walk-in closet. The first floor offers 1/2 bath, laundry closet, den/dining area and kitchen. The den has a vaulted ceiling with remote controlled ceiling fan, brick hearth and gas fireplace. The dining area offers a table for six, bar cart and connects to kitchen for easy entertaining. The kitchen has quartz countertops, custom back splash, touchless faucet and new appliances to include a range/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need to include a regular and pod coffee pot, Ninja Blender, toaster, wok, stemware, etc. Located off the kitchen is the laundry room with a new GE washer and dryer. Outside the den/dining area is access to the fenced/outdoor patio with gas grill. The patio has a wrought iron table and four chairs. Up 13 steps (landing halfway) are the second and third bedrooms along with a full bath. There is also a small work space with a desk and chair that overlooks the den. There are ample trash receptacles throughout the property for your convenience.
