Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

Outdoor Cushions
Please help us to keep the cushions in good shape for the next guests. The cushions should be in the garage upon your arrival or they were kept outside to dry. Please put the cushions in the garage when you are not using them so they don’t get rained on. If we have a cover, please use the cover. If they are wet they should remain outside to dry.
