Newly renovated 2-Family Home! Located right in Greenport Village providing walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, and Shelter Island Ferry, Long Island Railroad (LIRR), and Hampton Jitney.
My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of Location!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).
The space
The house has been completely renovated and everything is brand-new.
Everything is walking distance to the house and the location is unbeatable.
This property has two apartments. The Blue Bay Dream Apt.1 and Harbor Heights Apt. 2 (see listing on VRBO website that can accommodate 12 people when available at the same time for larger families and wedding parties
We have recently added new amenities to the VRBO rental Apartment 1 that you would occupying. In the backyard, the blue garage has been converted to a cabana, which includes two televisions, lounge area with a wet bar, refrigerator, game area for the kids and a home office work station with a full size convertible bed in the cabana section and a queen size futon in the home office work room. Wifi is available in the cabana and office. As a bonus, there is a 5 person jacuzzi outside with complete privacy. (PLEASE NOTE - that outdoor BBQ and jacuzzi are only available from April to November)
Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Pipes Cove, a neighborhood in Greenport. The Hamptons Beaches and 67 Steps Beach reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Railroad Museum of Long Island and East End Seaport Maritime Museum. Greenport Carousel and Shelter Island Whale's Tail are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, water skiing, and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
