This property has two apartments. The Sandpiper Apt. 1 and Aqua Vista Apt.2 (see listing on VRBO website that can accommodate 12 people when available at the same time for larger families and wedding parties. (PLEASE NOTE - that outdoor BBQ and is only available from April to November.)
Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Pipes Cove, a neighborhood in Greenport. Greenport Carousel and Camera Obscura are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Railroad Museum of Long Island and East End Seaport Maritime Museum. Shelter Island Whale's Tail and Custer Institute and Observatory are also worth visiting. Water skiing, motor boating, and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
