This house is perfect for a large family vacation. It is 10 minutes to Woodland Park and 15 minutes to Colorado Springs. We are 200 yards from the famous Catamount trailhead, 400 yards from a beautiful waterfall and access to miles of local trails. Featuring a wrap-around deck with mountain views, a Roku and smart TV, game room with foosball table, three large bedrooms and a designated workstation.
Within walking distance of downtown Green Mountain Falls which includes restaurants, a bar, a distillery, coffee shop, trout fishing and more. Dogs under 50 pounds welcome. Please message for more details.
Please Note:
- October to May we can have winter weather. We recommend 4-wheel or all wheel drive year round. The weather in Green Mountain Falls can be very different from Colorado Springs and even Woodland Park.
- There is no access to Green Mountain Falls via Uber or Lyft.
- The house has two off-street parking spaces. Per Green Mountain Falls regulations, there is no street parking on this road (for emergency vehicle access).
- We are located in a forested area. Fire is a very big threat. Please be very cautious with grill and do not throw out cigarette butts.
- There is no A/C. However, we are located at 8,000 ft so it stays relatively cool.
Located in Green Mountain Falls, this vacation home is in the mountains. Manitou and Pike's Peak Railway and Glen Eyrie Castle are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Cave of the Winds and Garden of the Gods. Traveling with kids? Consider North Pole Colorado, or check out an event or a game at Clune Arena. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like hiking, mountain biking, and mountain climbing.
