ADULT GAME ROOM: - Lower Level - This room features a 10 personTriton poker table, complete with Monte Carlo Chip Cave poker chips, where you can go ALL IN with friends and family, 55” Hisense Roku Smart TV, Two Stern Pinball machines, stemming from Iconic movies like (JAWs) and (JURASSIC PARK). Also located in the closet are multiple board games, card games, etc.
GLAM ROOM - Upper Level- This room is all about the Glam! This room features 3 lighted mirrors stations for hair and makeup, natural lighting as well as track lighting. Tons of storage for all your GLAM needs. This room is perfect for the Bride and her entourage.
NEXT LEVEL BILLIARDS ROOM- main level - This room gives a modern speakeasy feel featuring an 8ft American Heritage Cherry Billiards table with Navy felt top. Ample seating up 8 and a 55” Hisense Roku Smart TV to keep abreast of Live entertainment while challenging peers to traditional or 9 ball pool.
While we are not categorizing the following rooms as specialty there are certainly NEXT LEVEL!
On the main level is the Luxury Kitchen featuring a Wolf 4 burner stove top, Wolf exhaust Hood with lighting,LG studio Wall oven featuring convect bake, LG Studio wall microwave, LG refrigerator featuring, ice, water and Craft ice in lower Freezer, Maytag Dishwasher, open shelving, plenty of cabinetry for storage and fully equipped for all your cooking needs. We also provide a Kuerig Duo for K cups and a regular drip coffee maker. The center island is great for preparing food and has 5 bar stools for socializing and additional seating. There is a sliding door leading to a large TREX deck featuring a small pub style dining table, umbrella, one two seater rocker, and Weber Genesis Grill. The view from the outside deck overlooks the entire 1 acre back yard. Wildlife may be seen throughout the day and night. There is a spiral staircase down to the Next Level. The large dining room table is all set for your holiday meal providing plenty of seating. The Next Level family room features 3 leather couches with Lumbar massage, heat, lighting, reclining legs and neck, phone charging and cup holders. We chose these for ultimate comfort and convenience for our guests. Enjoy! With the flick of a switch the electric fireplace brings coziness for the cooler nights. This room also features a 55” Samsung Roku Smart TV. On the other side of the kitchen is a unique Pantry. This room can double as a serving area for buffet line style meals, snacks for the game or a wine tasting room. We have plenty of barware and glassware for all your needs. You can store additional beverages or wine bottles in the wine fridge. Also on the main level is the full bathroom, laundry room, mudroom and billiards room.
The Next Level features the majority of the bedrooms and bathrooms and are located on the second floor. The four bedrooms on this level have been meticulously designed for ultimate comfort, serenity and fun. The Primary bedroom and luxury bathroom gives a feeling of upscale modern. There are plenty of closets for storage. There is a full size crib, and two twin size rollaway beds stored in one of the closets to move where you prefer. The Western Room features two twin beds with themed sheets, two lower trundle beds, a desk for homework, crafts or checking emails. This room has access to the Jack and Jill luxury bathroom with walk-in shower and dual vanities. The Serenity room features 1 queen bed and soothing green and cream colors for relaxing and a lovely reading nook overlooking the wooded back yard. This room has direct access to the Jack and Jill luxury bathroom. Finally the Cobalt Haven features a King bed with whimsical sheets, tons of blue accent pillows, blue walls and dark trim for a rich luxury feeling. This room also features a twin pullout bed for additional sleeping. This room has access to a hall bath with rich blue herringbone tiled shower, with single vanity and gold accents. The Glam room is on the second level for everyone to get there “Shine On” There is plenty of mirrors, lighting and outlets for glamming up. The Next Level is called (lower level) the Bear Den (no affiliation with the Chicago Bears) . This unique space features the family room with a large blue sectional couch for viewing the game, Bear Decor , a cozy stone electric fireplace, and a patio slider with direct access to the terrace level.

The lower level also features a large bar with seating for seven, microwave, barware, glass ware, wine fridge, refrigerator and freezer, and a Samsung Roku Smart TV. The queen bedroom is very relaxing as it has large windows open to the outside on both walls. The lower level bathroom features a walk in shower, and a single vanity. Rounding out the lower level is the Adult game room, featuring the poker table, TV, and pinball machines.
The Next Level Back entertainment area is insane, featuring a massive 20ft x 50ft pool. The separate spa seats up to 10 guests and has multiple jets. Please note : Pool and In-ground Spa are open May 1st - September 15th. YEAR ROUND hot tub seats up to 8 guests with multiple jets for neck, back, legs and feet. The Hot Tub maintains a year round temperature or 104 degrees. It also features small deck jets and color changing lights and stairs for easy access. We provide large towels for the Hot Tub. May 1st through September 15th we provide 9 lounge chairs with 4 umbrellas for shade as well as various floats. The pool house is located adjacent to the pool and is used to house the pool and spa equipment. This enables you to listen to nature and relax throughout your stay. There is a firepit located near a circular sectional for conversation near the pool area. Beyond the pool the yard slopes down to a grassy area where you can play corn hole and ax throwing provided during pool season. There is also a wooded area where we have created a circular fire pit with 10 adirondack chairs for relaxing and reminiscence under the Wisconsin sky. The string lights make the experience magical. Please follow all ordinances regarding open fires when visiting. The host will provide these to you before and during your stay. The entire backyard is contained with a black wrought iron fence.
