Ritchie’s Historic City Stadium House offers multiple configurations, whether for a single couple or individual who desires more formidable surroundings during their transition to the large family or work crew.

The main floor promoted and featured here is a large lower level of a duplex and priced according to the reservation of this home on it’s own. Clients may also opt to request combining this with an upper level option and additional basement level bedroom and extra bathroom.

The Historic City Stadium House’s main level offers a very open concept floor plan with a sitting sun room, in which we currently have a queen-sized daybed. There is also a king bed in the modest-sized master bedroom and a similar sized bedroom featuring a queen bedroom set.

The living room has an expansive modular sectional couch with reclining chairs, drink holders and a 58″ TV mounted over the fireplace. There is also a desk space in the living room for those taking work home with them.

The dining room has an expansive six-person table, expanded to it’s full length with two leaves and a buffet serving table.

The kitchen has granite countertops, new dishwasher and new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with ice maker. Laundry is located downstairs in the lower basement level and clients will soon enjoy a second bathroom and additional bonus bedroom area.

Debuting soon in this unit is a basement level finished space with king bedroom, mini kitchenette and full bathroom. Excellent for those seeking housing who desire spaces that allow some separation.

Located in Joannes Park, a neighborhood in Green Bay, this vacation home is near theme parks and near a water park. Captain's Walk Winery and Kastle Park are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Bay Beach Amusement Park and National Railroad Museum.
