houses a lavish master suite with a spacious en-suite shower room, private
dressing area, desk, and two verandas offering breathtaking views. The entrance
level boasts an open-plan kitchen, a large living and dining area, a fireplace,
and direct access to the outdoor spaces. On the ground level, four additional
en-suite bedrooms, all with sea views and private verandas, ensure comfort and
tranquility. A secondary entrance on this level provides added convenience. This villa
offers unparalleled outdoor living. Guests can relax by the infinity pool,
which operates chlorine-free with electrolysis and is surrounded by natural
granite rocks. Adjacent to the pool, a BBQ, and a wood-fired pizza oven set the
stage for alfresco dining experiences. More than 550 sqm of terraces and lounge
areas, shaded by pergolas with wind shields, provide ample spaces for
relaxation and entertainment, accommodating up to 25 guests. A 500 sqm paved
terrace offers the perfect setting for events and receptions, all with stunning
panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, and the iconic Cycladic islands. As the sun
dips below the horizon, the villa becomes a front-row seat to one of natures
most mesmerizing spectacles: the Mykonian sunset. Vibrant hues of orange, pink,
and gold reflect on the tranquil Aegean waters, painting an unforgettable
backdrop for your evenings. The
independent Guest House on the estate is a 60 sqm haven, ideal for a family of
four. For added convenience, there is also a fully equipped 25 sqm studio for
live-in staff. The villa is equipped with modern amenities, including
geothermal heating and cooling systems, air conditioning in all bedrooms and
living areas, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a water purification/desalination
system. The property also features ample parking space.
