The villa features an elegant interior equipped with designer furniture, all set within a beautifully landscaped property embellished with palm trees and a small chapel for events. It enjoys a prime location, just a 5-minute drive from the nearest sandy beach, nearby to a supermarket and a few shops. The picturesque town of Chania is about 11 km away.
Epavlis Akrotiri Chania offers a generously spacious and elegant open-plan area on the pool floor, creating an inviting atmosphere. The expansive living room features a large smart TV, a stylish dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen with all modern amenities. Another well-designed open-plan space, complete with an additional dining table, a smart TV and a sofa corner, seamlessly connects the kitchen with the two bedrooms, enhancing the overall flow and comfort of the villa.
Adding to the allure, the pool floor of Epavlis Akrotiri Chania presents two generously sized bedrooms. Each is tastefully furnished with a king-size bed and boasts a bathroom, ensuring a blend of comfort and elegance. One of these bathrooms is en-suite, featuring a refreshing shower. The second bathroom features a luxurious bathtub and is conveniently situated adjacent to the second bedroom.
On the middle floor of the Villa, you will find one tastefully decorated bedroom featuring a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, another bedroom with two single beds, a balcony offering picturesque sea views, and an additional shower bathroom are provided.
The top floor boasts the most enchanting bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, a sofa, an armchair, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony that offers stunning sea views.
A wonderful private pool of about 130 sqm is at your disposal, complete with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas for your relaxation. The main pool is approximately 110 sqm and it has a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2 meters. Additionally, there is a children's pool, covering about 20 sqm, with a depth of up to 45 centimeters, providing a safe and enjoyable space for younger guests.
