Villa Theasis is a brand new 4-bedroom Villa with a private pool and five bathrooms, 300 meters from the lovely sandy beach of Agia Marina, where a few beach bars and many seaside restaurants can be found. Many shops, restaurants, taverns and cafes are easily accessible on foot. There is a tavern right across the street, and a supermarket at 250 meters away. The picturesque town of Chania is located 9 km away.

The sea view Villa Theasis is designed in four levels. The pool level of the Villa has an open plan living room area with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a shower bathroom. A big electric kitchen, a big refrigerator, a microwave and a dishwasher are provided. One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom is offered on the pool level. An additional guest can sleep very comfortably on a sofa bed

The first floor of the Villa offers one bedroom with two single beds, and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be arranged as one double bed according to your needs. Two en-suite shower bathrooms and a beautiful furnished balcony are also provided.

One more double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub is found on the top floor of the Villa. Free wireless internet, air conditioning and a washing machine are provided. A small gym area is also available on the basement level of the Villa.

All guests can enjoy a private pool of about 18 sq m with a separate children pool, sun loungers and sun umbrellas. A shaded outdoor dining area is also offered.

Agia Marina is a popular seaside town with a long sandy beach with water sports, plenty of restaurants, shops, super markets, cafes and every day amenities. Public transport to Chania is easy and frequent and the bus stop is 250 meters away.

Located in Chania, this villa is near a water park and by the sea. Agioi Apostoloi Beach and Old Venetian Harbor are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Agia Marina Beach and Platanias Beach. Golfland and Limnoupolis Water Park are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, scuba diving, and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
