Villa Natura in Pemonia village Chania is a private secluded retreat offering a private pool and magnificent mountain view. The villa is relatively close by car to the city of Chania but isolated enough to offer unique privacy, combined with luxury accommodation and nature surroundings. It is an excellent choice for families or a group of friends seeking a unique experience with privacy and luxury in the Mediterranean nature.
The swimming pool sits among a lawned garden with trees and grass making it the ideal place to relax on one of the sunbeds whilst admiring those distant sea views and snow captured until June, mountain views. A few steps up from the pool sits a stone-built BBQ. There are also large balconies, some of which are at the front overlooking the yard with a wooden dining table and a terrace, others enjoy a fabulous, view of the pool and the mountains.
Villa Natura offers a unique feeling of privacy and relaxation, divided into two floors. This fully equipped villa is the perfect place for family vacations. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with instant access to the yard. There is also a small sitting area and a bathroom between the bedrooms. On the first floor, there is the living room with a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining, and seating area, which is a great place to socialize after a day by the pool. There are windows which flood the room with light and really open up the feeling of space. There is also a large balcony located off this floor. On the ground floor, there is one private bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a loft with a double bed. This apartment offers a family bathroom with a washing machine and a shower.
Away from any kind of noise and with a constant breeze of fresh air descending from the hills, this luxurious holiday rental will offer you a unique and memorable vacation. The villa is located 5 minutes away from the famous sandy beaches of Kalyves and Almyrida.
Located in Apokoronas, this villa is in a rural area and near the beach. Port of Souda and Old Venetian Harbor are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Georgioupolis Beach and Nea Chora Beach.
