Villa Brio Exclusive is a refined seaside complex of three detached self-catered villas with private pools, set on the beautiful coastline between Skala and Poros, Kefalonia.
Villa A is a perfectly positioned three-bedroom, two-bathroom seafront villa within the Villa Brio Exclusive Complex, designed for relaxed one- or two-week family holidays by the sea.
Set across two levels, the villa combines practical family living with effortless outdoor flow in a prime waterfront setting.
On the ground floor, the villa features:
• one double bedroom with queen bed
• one full-size bunk bedroom suitable for adults or children
• one full bathroom
• a bright open-plan fully equipped kitchen
• a comfortable living and dining area
Large openings connect the indoor spaces directly to the shaded pool area, where guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, outdoor dining furniture, sunbeds, umbrella, and an immaculately maintained private lawn garden overlooking the sea.
While the living and dining area opens onto the shaded poolside terrace, the ground floor bedrooms enjoy direct access to the side garden area, offering a more private and tranquil outdoor setting.
A short natural pathway begins at the edge of the garden and leads directly to the villa’s private wooden jetty, offering immediate access for swimming in turquoise waters, snorkelling, sunbathing, or simply unwinding by the crystal-clear waterfront.
The upper floor hosts a second double bedroom with queen bed, complete with an en-suite bathroom and a spacious private waterfront balcony terrace, ideal for quiet mornings or sunset evenings.
An additional side-facing balcony with lovely garden views further enhances the outdoor experience, offering an alternative, more secluded spot to relax.
Villa A comfortably accommodates 6 guests, with the option to host up to 8 guests using the double sofa bed in the living area or two additional folding single beds upon request. A full baby set can also be arranged, making it paticularly well-suited for families travelling with children.
Located just 40 minutes from Kefalonia International Airport, Villa A is approximately 2.5 km from Skala village, making it easily reachable by car and still within a pleasant walking distance for guests who enjoy a scenic seaside stroll.
Skala offers restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, bakeries, shops and all essential amenities, as well as relaxed, family-friendly evening options.
The renowned Skala Beach, known for its long sandy shoreline, water sports and family activities, is also nearby, making the villa an excellent base for both peaceful family holidays and active seaside stays.
