First ground floor
Living room with TV, sofa and armchairs, play area on backgammon and chess in front of the fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine for espresso, maker for American coffee, toaster, juicer, mixer, devices and accessories for eating and cooking. One toilet.
The living room and kitchen leads directly to our green yyard, along the alleys of which you can get directly to the beach in front of the house.
Second floor
Large bedroom with 180/200 bed, resting area, en-suite bathroom with shower and washing machine, window overlooking the garden and the sea.
Third floor
Two bedrooms with double beds, a large corner terrace with furniture for rest, overlooking the sea and the mountain. Another terrace overlooking the mountain, one bathroom with toilet and shower.

Beautifully landscaped with palm trees, olive trees, jasmine and herbs, overlooking the sea and veranda equipped with dining table, sofas for relaxation and BBQ. Back yard with grape trellis and resting area. One parking space.
