My maisonette is 30 meters from a beautiful Blue flag sandy beach. From two of the terraces you will have direct view of the sea. One room has a view in the back yard with all that you need for grill and nice evenings with family and friends. It's fun for everyone under one roof! There are are 3 enclosed bedrooms and a full equipped common space for lodging, dining and cooking in the half-basement that has direct access to the back yard with equipment for private barbecue and seating area.
On the first floor are the three bedrooms. All the bedrooms are enclosed. One of the bedrooms is duplex with 4 beds on two floors connected with internal stairs.
You will have a great balcony with view of all gulf and Thessaloniki. The backyard with barbecue is great option for gathering that has direct access from the kitchen and living and dining space. The bedrooms are on levels so if some of your group wants to rest while you are having barbecue, you won't disturb them.
You will have bicycle for use free of charge. The whole area is easy accessible with bike and fun to ride by the sea.
Sunbeds and umbrellas are included in the price if you want to avoid to pay in one of the great beach bars in the neighborhood.
There are a lot of great restaurants close , but the nearest tavern with Greek and sea food is only 50 meters from the house. Also there are few bars that you can visit that have wonderful atmosphere and music.
Jani's Beach House is a part of a complex of 5 independent houses. All beaches in Greece are public and can be accessed 24 hours, you can use the beach in front of the house how long you wish . In the village which is very close too, there are many restaurants, taverns, bars, shops, supermarket, pharmacies, etc. The area is dedicated for holidays and living, so the guests have to follow strictly the observed rules of public order.
The ability to have a view of the sea allows you comfort and relaxation.
My house is located on the beautiful sandy beach, between Nei Epivates and Agia Triada of Thermaikos Municipality, just 20 km from Thessaloniki’s center and just 9 km from Makedonia airport (SKG).
The house remarkably well situated gives the opportunity for swimming, walking, jogging, shopping either at Perea, one of the most developing suburbs of Thessaloniki, just 2,5 Km from the house, or at the biggest shopping centers of the city of Thessaloniki, visiting multiplex cinemas, bowling, entertainment parks, casino, night clubs.
In case of emergency, the nearest hospital is just 15’ driving.
Our guests can also visit the wine roads of Northern Greece or drive to Halkidiki beaches.
The place is well connected with Thessaloniki with regular buses.
We have one parking space in garage, free of charge. There is a free parking spaces on the street.
Located in Thermaikos, this apartment is near a water park and on the beach. Domaine Florian and Ktima Gerovassiliou Winery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Tsimiski Street and Mediterranean Cosmos. Waterland and NOESIS Science Center & Technology Museum are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with windsurfing, motor boating, and sailing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with cycling.
