The house is situated at Lagonissi, in an area 40 km far from the center of Athens, and in a distance of 1km from the sea. It is built in a quiet neighborhood with with hospitable and pleasant neighbors.
The house is modern, it offers all the amenities, it’s well equipped and it is ideal for families and friend companies.
By entering the house, there is a large sitting room and fully equipped kitchen. At the same level there is a bathroom and a spacious balcony with a big table and BBQ.
On the upper level there is a double bedroom and two other bedrooms with two single beds at each, as well as a spacious bathroom and a big balcony with table, ideal for having the morning coffee with sun view.
At the ground level there is a garden and a parking lot.
In a short distance, there are beautiful beaches and at 2 Km distance, you can reach the luxury hotel ‘Grand Resort’.
The house is 20 Km far from the Athens Airport (El.Venizelos), 13 Km from Varkiza, 20 Km from Glyfada and 29 Km from Sounio, with the beautiful beaches and the wonderful temple of Poseidon. 500 meters far there is the market place with nice restaurants, cafes and clubs.
Finally, at a distance of 1Km there is the bus station to Athens and surrounding areas
Saronikos is home to this vacation home. While the natural beauty of Vouliagmeni Spa Lake and Kavouri Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Lavrio Port.
OnAqua Sports Park and Glyfada Sea Turtle Rescue Centre are also worth visiting.
