This attractive 3 bedroom villa has a sunny pool terrace and charming interiors with a light and airy feel. Set in the small resort of Nikiana, there are 2 beaches plus a good choice of restaurants within easy reach. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Zogianna is located in the small resort of Nikiana, with Episkopos Beach plus a private beach club located at the bottom of the driveway. 2 minutes’ drive along the coast will take you to Nikiana Beach, the marina, a good choice of restaurants and a selection of mini markets. Head 15 minutes’ by car in either direction and you’ll soon discover the busier resorts of Nidri and Lefkada Town, both home to a wider choice of bars, restaurants and shops.

Main pool: 8.4 x 3.2 mtr, 1.3 - 1.3 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
