Villa Melini is a maisonette style traditional Villa, the southest of the two Villas Mamel. A spacious open plan living room furnished traditionally with 2 Cretan sofas, a dining table & chairs and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine is offered.

A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where 2 bedrooms and a further common bathroom with bath-tub are provided. The master bedroom has a double bed, and TV, and the second bedroom offers two single beds.

Both bedrooms and living area offer air-conditioning and balconies with mountain views. Outside, a 40 sq m private swimming pool is offered. It is surrounded by a stone terrace and a beautiful, lush green garden, with sun chairs and umbrellas. A stone barbecue is also available.

Please note that the Villa Melini is separated by the Villa next to it with a few trees. Each Villa Mamel has a private pool.

Located in Rethymno, this villa is in a rural area and in the mountains. Paleontological Museum and Museum of Wooden Sculptures are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Rethimno Kart and Reptisland.
