Villa Mariana is a two storey house placed on a 4.000 square meters estate that is full of olive trees, palm trees and various types of trees and flowers with a great view towards the Mediterranean Sea and mountain of Taygetos. The Villa has private parking and its placed 300m from the beach and 3,5km from the city of Koroni. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen table, a living room with a cozy fireplace made of stone, TV, WC, a large porch that has a view towards the beach and a smaller one towards the mountain. The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a double-size bed and one with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a large balcony with a view towards the sea and the mountains.
The guest will have full access to the ground and first floor of the house and also full access to the estate.
The owner of the villa lives in the Basement of the villa, which is completely independent and with its own entrance.
Located in Pylos-Nestoras, this villa is in the mountains and near the beach. Koroni Castle is a local landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Memí and Ionian Sea. Looking to get your feet wet? Surfing/body boarding and swimming adventures can be found near the property.
