Waking up to the sound of the gentle waves is a unique, fantastic privilege for those who live near the sea – and for the guests of Kokkinos Studios in Zakynthos Island!
Kokkinos Studios consists of two ground-floor studios, Triple Studio and Family Studio. Both studios feature their own furnished verandas, where the guests can sit and enjoy a relaxing view of the sea – which is just 10m away!
The Triple Studio can sleep up to 3 guests (ideally two adults and a child) and measures 30 sq.m. It has two single beds that can be combined into a double, if you wish, as well as another single one in the attic, which is accessible by stairs. The two beds are located in an open-plan space, along with the kitchenette and the dining area. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge and a small oven with two stoves. There is also a bathroom with a shower.
If you wish, the Kokkinos Studios owners can provide you with a small boat, upon request and with a surcharge- a wonderful chance to explore all the hidden beauty of the area and the island of Zakynthos.
The Climate Resilience Tax of 8 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.
Located in Zakynthos, this apartment is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Alykanas Beach and Tsilivi Beach. Zante Water Village and Tsilivi Waterpark are also worth visiting. Snorkeling, motor boating, and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
