Kick back and relax in this stylish space. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate your family. King size bed, and a private yard. Pet friendly. Completely remodeled in 2024. Fire pit for evening fun. Covered deck for an occasional rainy day. Adjacent to a wooded area. Fully equipped kitchen. start link Wi-Fi, smart TV to stream all of your favorites. Nespresso machine, and coffee pots provided.
The property is located in a very small tidy mobile home park that sits a good distance off the highway. It is the very last unit on the end and adjacent to wooded acreage. There are other short term rentals next-door, and additionally, there are a few long-term full-time residents in the park. Although the beach is on the other side of the highway, the access road is about half mile from the property. There’s a small convenience store within walking distance for the last minute items, or just a soft serve cone
Guest have access to the entire home and the surrounding yard adjacent to the home.
There is a local cohost that is available for check-in and questions. He’s also on site for the occasional Repair or Assistance.
Our fabulous Housekeeper is also available and local.
Guests should be aware that the property is located in a small community with other full-time residents and other short term rentals. It is important to be polite and honor everybody’s privacy and quiet enjoyability.
Please note that the building on the highway where you turn into the property does not belong to this owner. I wish he was a more conscientious neighbor.
Located in Grayland, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a lake. Westport Maritime Museum and Mermaid Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Twin Harbors Beach State Park and Cranberry Road Winery & Bog Water Brewing Co.. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including birdwatching, motor boating, and wildlife walks.
