Home built in 2021 with all amenities you could want. Spacious living areas, great for families or groups - private baths for each bedroom and plenty of dining and outdoor space for fun and entertainment. Outdoor fire pits on the point and patio.

A very unique property sitting on a point with incredible views onto the main channel two directions. Great set up for swimming, fishing, or hanging out watching games on the dock. 2.5 hours from KC, wifi all around the property.

We have the full property available to book as a separate listing which also includes a cabin that sleeps 8 with 2 full baths and a full kitchen.

We have a brand new private hot tub overlooking the lake - easy to operate and great for winter enjoyment and cool evenings. Open year round.

The hot tub is located next to the main house so if both properties are rented, it would be shared use with the cabin guests.

We also have a weatherproof screened in porch for all weather outdoor enjoyment. Sits right off the kitchen overlooking the water and has a 55 inch smart tv.

The property also has several water activity items for rent, including a 27ft Tritoon, tubes, wakeboard, knee board, waterskis, kayak, paddle board, lily pad, and fishing equipment. Please message us to inquire about pricing and availability.

We are 15 minutes to the new International Raceway and The Loop Offroad Park.
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
Any unregistered overnight guests exceeding the approved reservation count will incur a fee of $100 per guest, per night. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges, reservation termination, or removal without refund.

Located in Gravois Mills, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Ozark Distillery and Brewery and The Cove Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Lake of the Ozarks and Proctor Towersite State Wildlife Area. Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park and Downhill Ruckus are also worth visiting.
