Beautiful multi-level country home close to the towns of Grass Valley and Nevada City.
An hour from Truckee and an hour and 20 minutes from lake Tahoe.
Come and enjoy a relaxing, comfortable retreat. Great for family gatherings, birthdays, girls weekend, yoga retreat, youth retreat...
There are two master bedrooms with queen beds, two rooms with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, and two rooms with a queen bed.
The great room is 24x32 ft. There is room for kids to play, enjoy a movie, play ping pong, play games on the game table or do puzzles, etc.
The year-round creek is very peaceful and inviting. There are apples in the fall, and room to let your kids run and play.
The kitchen is well stocked and we provide Caroline's coffee (a local coffee shop) both special blend and decaffeinated.

Grass Valley is home to this vacation home. Lola Montez House and Bourn House are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Grass Valley-Nevada County Chamber of Commerce and Nevada County Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum.
