On the cusp of the country but only minutes from downtown, our country bungalow with a modern flair has all amenities needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. Three bedrooms with a large yard to relax and kick your feet up. Centrally located to several outdoor recreation areas and 5 minutes from downtown Grass Valley. Several restaurants and activities easily accessed. We have enjoyed the area for years and now enjoy sharing it with others. We hope your stay at the house feels like home.
The space
The 3 bedroom house has modern but cozy feel, one bedroom has a queen size bed, the next room has a full size bed and last has a twin size day bed. All beds are exceptionally comfortable.
The bathroom has tub and shower and is centrally located near master bedroom.
The living room has a smart tv that you can log on to Netflix, Hulu , or Amazon video. There is a DVD player as well, you can rent moves from The Red Box at Safeway in town. For music we have Alexa you can ask her for any type of music you like.
The Kitchen is well equipped for most of your cooking needs.
Other things to note
We have an outdoor shower to enjoy.
Grass Valley is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at South Yuba River State Park and Auburn State Recreation Area, while Center For The Arts and Grass Valley Museum are cultural highlights. Grass Valley-Nevada County Chamber of Commerce and Nevada County Fairgrounds are also worth visiting.
