This property is a comfortable, adorable, newly furnished guest home detached from the owners main property. The cozy 500 square foot 1 bed/1 bath house has its own private entrance, private deck, and beautiful mountain views. The house contains a full living room with wi-fi, basic cable and a smart TV, an adorable bedroom with a queen size bed and a smart TV, a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is heating and air conditioning and a washer and dryer on site. You will have access to a BBQ on the private deck and parking in front of the unit. This guest home is located in the back of a private cul-de-sac less than 1/2 mile from the hospital and a short distance from the beautiful Rogue River and Applegate Valley.
