• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• High winds are common. when not in use, please be sure the umbrella is closed, remove from the table and lay flat on the deck.
• Please be sure that the grill is cleaned and utensils returned to the grill. failure to clean the grill will result in a $25.00 charge.
• To avoid an additional $50 charge, all trash must be removed from the home/grounds and placed in the secure cans towards the top of the driveway. please do not move the cans as it may disrupt service
