Updated ranch house on a quiet cul-de-sac near wine country. Fast WiFi (500+mbps), TV w/RoKu, indoor/outdoor dining, gas grill, fire pit, full kitchen, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Central air conditioning and heating. Refinished wood and LVP floors throughout. Driveway parking - 2 spots. Professionally managed and cleaned using local businesses. Pets allowed - fee applies.

This is a single family home and no one else lives on the property, but we are only 5 minutes away if you need anything. Keyless check-in and check-out. Privacy screen fence around back patio. Large fully fenced yard.
NOTES:
-If bringing pet/pets, must pay pet fee during booking or before arrival.
-There are a few steps to the entrances.
-There are exterior security cameras, motion sensors, plus touchy smoke/CO detectors. Smoking allowed outside only.
-Primary booking person must be 26+ years of age. GuestReady will verify identity. Per license and insurance, max 4 humans allowed.
-There is a hyper-vigilant neighbor so the NO PARTIES rule is heavily and quickly enforced. Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am.
-Purchase trip insurance. No refunds are available for last minute cancellations.
Orchard Mesa, a neighborhood in Grand Junction, is home to this vacation home. Elliott Tennis Center and Tennis Junction Indoor Center are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Mesa County Fairgrounds and John McConnell Math and Science Center.
