Welcome to the Grand Elk Getaway! This spacious, bright single family home offers stunning views from every angle. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a half bath on first floor your family/friends can enjoy this luxurious mountain home with space and style.

Enter the home through the covered front porch patio and into the oversized kitchen with bar top for those quick breakfasts before your daily mountain adventures. Fully stocked with spices, olive oil, condiments and everything needed to cook right away, every chef will enjoy preparing meals in this kitchen.

Open floor plan from the kitchen into the dining room and living room is great for every gathering. Large dining room table for 6 and large oversized leather sofas are all centered around the living room fire place. equipped with blankets for the whole family (as well as with dog bed and blankets) everyone can relax after a day in the moutains.

Big, bright living room windows offer unobstructed views looking out to green mountains in the summer, bright yellow aspens in the fall, and a winter wonderland every winter. Purposefully designed for guests to comfortably enjoy every season inside and out.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, washer/dryer and a closet full of extra goodies to make every stay more enjoyable. With vaulted ceilings throughout, each bedroom is bright and comfortable.

THE MASTER SUITE has a California King bed, big screen TV, desk and office space, large closet with robes and of course a full master bath with his/her sinks and luxurious double headed shower heads for the perfect start or end to any day.

THE SECOND bedroom offers a queen bed, plush feather top comfortors and a large closet with everything you'll need while enjoying your stay. Extra beach/hottub towels, humidifyers, fans, first aid, Baby Pack and Play, Dog bed/crate, extra pillows, extra sheet sets, etc. all included!

THE THIRD bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top. rustic and well lit this third bedroom also has a large tv and is fully stocked with a "ton" of toys and fun for kids of all ages from Infant to Teenager.

Walk outback through the sliding screen door to a large covered patio space with outdoor furniture and a propane fire pit. Turn on the Twinkly Lights, start the FIRE, Crank the tunes and watch the sunset or a colorado thunderstorm role through Grand County all while staying dry and warm.

Step out a bit further to the outside dining area for amazing outdoor dining experiences. equipped with CharBroil Gas Grill, all grilling utensils and even an extendible awning, our guests will ALWAYS be able to enjoy the great outdoors in style.

Continue walking around the deck and find the 4-5 person Hot Tub waiting to be enjoyed. Reguarly maintained, consistently set to 104" and positioned for ultimate views and privacy, this Hot Tub is rated 14 years in a row as "the BEST in all of Grand County" (just joking, but if there was a contest, this one may win).

Finally, go down the patio stairs to the fully fenced in back yard with both garden and grassy space creating a beautiful mountain oasis. Bean Bags (cornhole), Boche Ball and a HUGE RANCHER WOODBURNING FIRE PIT and 4 oversized adirondack chairs provide the perfect Colorado mountain experience.

Look west to sunsets and beautiful mountain views with the Grand Elk Golf Course in the distance. We also sit just off of the water from a year around small pond which adds to the scenery and always gives our guests something to look at. We have regular visitors coming to the pond to get a drink or take a swim. Obviously ducks, birds of all varieties but also deer, antelope, coyotes, fox, mountain lions, bears and even Elk have all been seen here in the valley.

This property is a part of Grand Elk Golf Course. Our guests get full access to the Golf Course as this is a fully functioning public course offering standard public tee times which can be booked online or over the phone.
