The property also features an 8-person private hot-tub on a newly poured patio outfitted with comfortable porch furniture with perfect views of 10-Mile Creek which feeds into the Fraser River.

The Space:
Our carefully crafted, family-friendly home is designed to bring people together with two large shared common spaces, while providing a cozy haven for privacy when needed in the contemporary and cozy bedrooms.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a generous mudroom perfect for shedding boots and jackets. Beyond that, a hallway guides you to three roomy bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a large king bed, walk-in closet and its own full bathroom. Nearby there is another bedroom featuring a king bed which is across the hall from a bunk room featuring two bunk beds (four beds). Nearby is a shared full bathroom.

A highlight of this house is a sprawling open floor plan featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room upstairs. The kitchen boasts a large island with seating for four and a massive dining table that comfortably seats eight. The downstairs has been newly renovated. Discover a second comfortable living room, a charming kid’s game corner with toys and games galore, a foosball table, a popcorn maker, and an additional bedroom, equipped with a twin over king bunk bed which can also be converted into a twin bunkbed with a trundle-bed. A spacious bathroom with a newly renovated shower is conveniently located just across the hall.

In the warmer months, play ping-pong in the garage or shoot some hoops using our indoor basketball set-up. In the winter months feel free to make use of countless sleds and winter gear. When not using the games, the garage can comfortably fit two cars.
