1 Bathroom – full tub/shower combo with essential toiletries and fresh towels

Spacious Living Room – comfy couch, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and mountain charm

Dining Area – seats 4+ with room to spread out

Fully Equipped Kitchen – cookware, utensils, dishes, and appliances (microwave, stove, oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, blender)

Whether you want to make pancakes in the morning or prep a hearty meal after a long hike, everything you need to cook is here—except the food. Groceries are BYO, but we may be able to help arrange food stocking after booking.

The kitchen is fully ready for cooking with all essential tools and appliances. If you'd like help arranging basic food or snacks in advance of your stay, message us after your booking is confirmed and we’ll share available options. (Food is not included in your nightly rate.)

Transportation through David’s Uber of Winter Park LLC is available by separate arrangement, including:

All transportation is handled separately from your Vrbo booking and must be arranged after confirmation.
