Your home away from home in Granby with 2 bedrooms. This fabulous Basecamp One condo is called One Happy Condo for a reason. One Happy Condo is located inside Granby Ranch, and has been recently updated in order to deliver on style, comfort, cleanliness, and location. Locally owned has its advantages of bringing quality and care to your stay.

Our condo is located directly next to the ski base, steps from the ski lift. This property sleeps 4 comfortably, featuring a king bed and two twin XL beds. Perfect for a small group of guests. Enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer machine, WiFi, and heating during a winter stay, and portable AC during your summer visit. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. A ski locker is provided to store your ski equipment during your stay, and additional storage is available in the parking garage for items such as sleds, bikes, and paddle boards.

One Happy condo faces the slopes, and guest will have a front row view of the ski base located directly next door. Within steps, you can be on the chairlift, or next door enjoying food, drinks, live music, coffee, ski lessons, or a variety of activities Granby Ranch offers, including concert series, holiday celebrations, weddings, and festivals during the summer.

Guest can access the Community outdoor pool (year-round, heated), hot tub and Fitness Center. Please note that these amenities now require a $10 per person pass per day that may be purchased via credit card at the Ranch House community center located next to the pool. Children 8 and under are free. Proof of reservation is required in order to purchase a pass.

One Happy Condo is centrally located in Grand County, providing countless opportunities to explore and experience adventures Colorado is famous for. Both WinterPark and Grand Lake are 20 minutes away by car. Lake Granby is 12 miles north. Regardless of whether you are a skier, hiker, biker, golfer, fisherman, snowmobiler, rodeo enthusiast, or ready to walk down the aisle, One Happy Condo is a fantastic place to relax, and recover.

Please note that our condo and building property is non smoking. Furthermore, it is not child proofed, and parental supervision is required. While we love pets, the building does not allow guests to bring their pets. Guest must be 25 years old to book, and large gatherings, events, or parties are not allowed.

Just a heads up! If the festivities get a little too festive and you happen to lose your lunch (or dinner...or cocktails) inside the condo, we will have to charge a BIOHAZARD FEE of $250. It's not personal--it's just that our cleaners didn't sign up for CSI: Condo Edition. Just keep it classy and aim for the toilet.
