Perfect for families and friends, our spacious house with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths comfortably sleeps up to 12 people. Equipped with all linens, bathroom and pool towels, dishes, kitchen wares, and more, you'll feel right at home. Plus, we have large kitchens and dining spaces both upstairs and downstairs which allows for easy and seamless meal prep and dining.
But what truly sets us apart are our incredible entertainment options. Take advantage of our two game rooms featuring a variety of games including:

And you won't miss GAME DAY with our premium DirecTV package accessible on all TV's located in the downstairs living room, upstairs game room and downstairs game room.

Pets:
We are pet-friendly and welcome two well-behaved dogs for a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay.
Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
To help you plan your stay, please note that this home does not offer on-site laundry facilities. There is no washer or dryer available for guest use.
A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay.
For stays over 30 days, a monthly clean will be required which will be coordinated after booking. Monthly cleans will be additional and billed through your booking platform.

A: Yes, we have a dock with numbers where you can tie up your boat or jet ski
Q: Where is the nearest boat ramp?
A: The closest public boat ramp via car is across from Mesquite Pit restaurant on Pearl St. (It is a 14 minute drive) The restaurant address is 919 E Pearl St, Granbury. The entrance to the boat ramp area is directly across from it on the other side of of Pearl St.
Q: Where can I park my boat and trailer?
A: A trailer/boat can be parked in the grass along the street directly in front of the house, or along the grass on the other side of the driveway on the north side of the home.
Q: Is the pool heated?
A: No, but you can still find my kids swimming in it most of the year .
Q: Can we bring our furry family member?
A: We do allow house-trained dogs upon request.
