Possum kingdom Newly built lake house with private boat ramp and 6 boat slips/dock area. In close proximity to rocker B as well as the cliffs golf course and many other attractions. The private boat ramp area is gated and only people in the neighborhood can use it by entering a code and it makes getting your boat in the water a breeze because there is hardly anybody else using the boat ramp. The neighborhood is also gated and requires a code to get in as well as the pool house area .The house is newly built and comes with all the basic amenities you’ll need. There is a propane grill in the backyard along with a fireplace inside and outside. The house sleeps 10 people comfortably. There are 2 king beds, 1 queen bed all of which are memory foam mattresses with memory foam toppers. The 4th bedroom contains a queen sofa bed which has a mattress topper for it as well as a double bunk bed which are both full size mattresses. Also if interested there is a 2021 centurion ri265 wakeboard boat that can be rented during your stay that comes with a captain. Surfboard, wakeboard, tube, life jackets etc included. Hot tub in backyard and community pool is a very short walk or drive from the house.
Located in Graford, this vacation home is next to a golf course and on a lake. The Cliffs Golf Course and Crazy Water Bath House & Spa are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Sandy Beach and Old Post Office Museum and Art Center. Kayaking and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and mountain biking nearby.
