This modern luxury 4 bedroom 3 bath home is a rare find! Located on the Peninsula at Possum Kingdom Lake with panoramic lake views from the wall of windows and doors in a open concept living, dining and kitchen. The large 8 person dining table is open to the spacious living area with floor to ceiling doors and a modern fireplace. The living area features multiple seating spaces, all situated to take in the amazing views. The large island with seating for six allows for plenty of prep and gathering space. The kitchen includes all high-end appliances and necessary cooking accessories including a coffee machine, separate ice machine, separate wine and drink refrigerator and features a mixed or frozen drink machine. Numerous decks and balconies! Each bedroom has its own walkout deck or balcony.
The main walk-out deck is from the Living Room, Dining and Kitchen area. Our main deck features a hot tub overlooking the lake, full outside living room sitting area with fire pit, 8 person dining table, grill(s), full size sun lounger for two or three, ping pong table, outside sitting areas and a modern twist on a twin bed perfect for relaxing and napping.
Numerous outdoor seating areas and decks, ensure you can always find a spot in the shade or the sun at any time of the day.
Outside activities include a beautiful private pool with a sundeck that includes ledge loungers all over looking the lake, a hot tub on the main patio overlooking the lake, a beautiful rock fireplace surrounded by adirondack chairs for nightly s’mores overlooking the lake, an outside ping pong table, a beautiful hiking/mountain bike trail on the hill just behind the house and a private dock with mooring ropes for tying up your boat or wave runner, fishing rods for fishing off the dock, a big mable for tubing, a paddle board and many other lake toys. Within 1 mile from grocery store and boat ramp.
Located in Graford, this vacation home is on the waterfront.
