Welcome to Whispering Estate, a stunning country retreat set on 70 private, manicured acres in the heart of Litchfield County. Designed and built with the warmth of a Utah ski lodge in mind, this extraordinary estate blends rustic elegance with timeless romance. From the moment you enter the long, tree-lined drive, you are embraced by serenity, beauty, and complete privacy.
Perfect for weddings, milestone celebrations, romantic escapes, or intimate gatherings, Whispering Estate offers a breathtaking backdrop where love stories unfold. Couples are drawn to the crystal-clear pond, meandering stream, and gentle waterfall, each creating natural photo-worthy moments. Whether it’s a quiet weekend together or the start of forever, this estate was designed to make memories last.
Inside, you’ll find reclaimed antique flooring, hand-hewn timbers, and masterful stonework that exude both grandeur and warmth. The spectacular master suite opens with French doors to a private patio—ideal for sunrise coffee or starlit champagne toasts. Guest rooms are oversized and all en-suite, ensuring comfort and privacy for every visitor. The lower level boasts a theatre-quality media room, a wine cellar, fitness suite, sauna, and game area—making it as entertaining as it is relaxing.
The grounds are equally unforgettable. A charming two-bedroom guesthouse is perfect for families or wedding parties, while the “party barn” offers rustic flair for receptions or private celebrations
Guest Access
Guests enjoy full access to the main estate, the two-bedroom guesthouse, and the party barn during their stay. The grounds including the pond, stream, waterfall, and manicured lawns are exclusively yours for the duration of your visit. Whether exchanging vows by the water, hosting an elegant dinner under the stars, or simply unwinding in quiet seclusion, Whispering Estate is a place where every moment feels extraordinary.
Goshen is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Mohawk Mountain State Park and Dennis Hill State Park, while Music Mountain and Litchfield Historical Society Museum are cultural highlights.
