A private, walled backyard comes complete for outdoor comfort with features including a sparkling pool with deck seating, a firepit and covered lanai furnished with a grill and dining area.
The bright interior features stylish modern design and all the comforts of home, including central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The living room features plush seating and a smart TV for casual downtime, plus a dedicated office desk for remote working. Plan and prepare family style meals with ease in the expansive full kitchen. The breakfast island includes bar seating for two and the eat-in dining table can seat up to four. A separate family offers additional seating and a gas fireplace for after-dinner gatherings.

In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
