Our beautiful home in PebbleCreek (Tuscany) is ready for you to enjoy. With an open floor plan including vaulted ceilings in the kitchen, dining, living and master bedroom areas, this two bedroom, two bath home with a den is conveniently located in the elegant PebbleCreek gated community at Goodyear Arizona.
This lovely furnished home is the 1610 Oakmont model with a large master bedroom with King Bed, full ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. A second bedroom also has a King Bed. There is a sofa bed in the den/office.
The well equipped kitchen has oak cabinetry with quartz counter tops and new Samsung stainless steel appliances. A Hahn water filtration system is in place.
The living room includes a new 65" HDTV with SHAW Direct Satellite with most major North American Networks. The master bedroom has 46" HDTV, the second bedroom a 40" HDTV, both receive major USA networks via indoor antenna. Wireless high speed internet and printer are also included.
The private backyard is fully landscaped and great for entertaining with a furnished covered patio, a BBQ as well as a gas fire pit sitting area. Parked in the garage is a Golf Cart that is available for monthly rental fee of $200.
TWO championship, 18 hole Golf Courses with very affordable green fees surround the development at PebbleCreek. There are three heated swimming pools (two with hot tubs) and an Olympic-size indoor pool with lap lanes. A full exercise gym with state of the art equipment, lighted tennis courts, 20 pickleball courts, pool table, steam room, aerobics room, and computer room are all available in the immaculately kept recreation facility. Our PebbleCreek home is close to NFL (AZ Cardinals Stadium), NHL (AZ Coyotes Arena), PIR (Nascar), MLB Spring Training, hiking, biking, and golf.
There are two great restaurants and lounges at each of two club houses serving excellent food at an affordable price.
PebbleCreek has easy access to the #10 highway.
