Brybear’s Cottage is located at the entryway to the Southern Adirondack Park and whether you are looking for a place of comfort, warmth, and convenience during the winter months or an amazing location for outdoor activities in the summer…it’s right here in Fulton County. Fulton County has 44 lakes and has over 74K acres of history, culture, arts, hiking, hunting, fishing, boating, trails, snowmobiling, skiing, and golfing literally outside your door. Perfect for travelers looking for something to do with no shortage of adventurous activities for you and your loved ones to try out.
Brybear’s Cottage offers you a private fenced in yard with fire pit and outdoor deck to enjoy. Fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities of home that you might need for making a home cooked meal, spacious dining room, and living room. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath and each bedroom with their own window AC unit.
Bedroom 1 has a king bed and bedroom 2 has a 1 full bed with plenty of storage space.
There is also a half bath located downstairs that does have a shower. The office space is located on the first floor.
Baby Items: Baby gates, high chair, travel bed, toddler cups and plates.

Located in Gloversville, this vacation home is next to a golf course and on a lake.
