At the end of a road, perched on rocks, this remarkably sited year-round waterfront home accesses sparkling smooth white sandy beaches with great tidal variations and shallow water for toddlers. Clamber over the rocks for a swim in front of the house or walk 5 minutes to the resident only beach. The ocean facing deck has dramatic 270 degree views up the coast of New England to Maine and across the bay to the Annisquam lighthouse. The house has central AC and heating and an outdoor hot shower. The first floor is wheelchair accessible and parking is available for 4 cars. All are welcome.
Located in Gloucester, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Wingaersheek Beach and Good Harbor Beach. Maritime Gloucester and Schooner Adventure are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
