Just steps to Long Beach, or a 10 minute walk to Good Harbor Beach, enjoy this clean, modern new single family home with views of Long Beach. Take in breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from the upper deck, living room or master bedroom all overlooking views of the beach. In Summer season, there is an outdoor patio and grill, and enclosed outdoor shower. The house also comes equipped with beach chairs, beach cart, and umbrella, and beach toys!
There are 4 floors of living space with master suite and a guest bedroom on 2 nd floor. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. On the top floor there are twin over double bunks which lead out to a spacious upper deck with outdoor seating overlooking Long Beach. There is a downstairs family/ entertainment room that serves as a 4th bedroom with a tv, bathroom, and additional kitchen.
Located near the beach, this vacation home is in East Gloucester, a neighborhood in Gloucester. Hammond Castle is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Good Harbor Beach and Cape Ann. Schooner Adventure and Maritime Gloucester are also worth visiting. With snorkeling, surfing/body boarding, and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
