Due to stairs and decor, please pay close attention to young children. There are strict rules regarding running, jumping and playing outdoor games indoors to help protect your children and are strictly enforced.

Rainy day? No worries! We have stocked books, puzzles, magazines, and board/card games for your enjoyment. Please note that number of over night guests and cars is strictly enforced and that unit is on the top 2 floors. Rental is NOT for the entire house. Additional 1BR unit on first floor, also front facing, may be rented with top floor at an additional cost.
