Large 3 bedroom waterfront cottage on the Little river with a tidal dock. Large fireplaced living room, huge screened porch overlooking the river on which to enjoy afternoon cocktails or eat dinner. Swim in the river or enjoy birdwatching out your back door.

The dock is a tidal dock and shared with the owner who maintains another house next door. The owner keeps a 14 foot boat on one side and you may bring and leave one (up to 14 feet) on the other side. Kayaking in the river is also becoming quite popular, bring one, two or more.

Parking is restricted to two cars only.
Located in Gloucester, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. Travelers eager for a bit of culture can stop by Salem Witch Museum, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Good Harbor Beach and Wingaersheek Beach.
