Prairie Spring A is on the highly desirable east side of Lake Glenville with beautiful views of the lake and mountains!
Enter through the spacious ground level, featuring an oversized garage, bonus entertainment room with large leather couches, and an entertainment center perfect for family movie night. A full bathroom includes a washer and dryer, making it easy to shake off the day's adventures before heading to the main level.
The open floor plan of the second level flows around a dual-sided stone fireplace. Large windows overlook a deck with stunning views of the sprawling Appalachian rainforest and Lake Glenville. A fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island breakfast bar makes it easy to enjoy company as it is open to the living and dining areas. Tucked away in the back of the main level, you'll find two guest bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom with a combo tub and shower, and a small protected patio with a charcoal grill.
The top level offers a secluded bedroom with a coffee bar, a jetted tub, and a second balcony deck, everything you need to stay in bed on a sleepy morning.
The shore of Lake Glenville awaits just outside your door for paddle boarding, kayaking, or canoeing. The area is perfect for evening strolls and scenic drives with the glistening lake in the background. Enjoy water sports, including water skiing, kayaking, and canoeing. Nearby, Cashiers is known for its beautiful waterfalls, hiking, and other outdoor activities. Start enjoying all the Blue Ridge Mountains of the Smoky mountains offer. Western North Carolina offers the richest natural gifts revealed in a dazzling display of mountains, rivers, waterfalls, and streams.
Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
Located in Glenville, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a lake. Highlands Art Gallery and The Bascom Center for the Visual Arts are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Cashiers Farmers Market and Highlands Biological Station.
